Champion has systems for manufacturing Cast-Resin Dry Type Transfers i.e. Current and Potential Transfers (CT-PT).

A cast resin transformer is a static machine designed to lower or raise voltage levels and galvanically separate those 2 voltage levels. Its windings are encapsulated in cast resin, and are cooled by natural air or forced ventilation, all safely without affecting the frequency, and require very little maintenance.

Our system includes: Epoxy Resin, Curing Agent, Flexibiliser and Accelerator.

Our systems can be used for:

2. Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG)

3. Outdoor Casting system
