Pressure Vessels can be categorized into 4 types:

• Type 1: Full metal

• Type 2: Metal cylinder & Hood wrap (typically glass fibre-epoxy)

• Type 3: Metal cylinder & Fully wrapped (typically glass fibre or carbon fibre - epoxy)

• Type 4: Thermoplastic liner & Fully wrapped (typically carbon fibre - epoxy)
